New Sealflex SI-UltraTac 200 antimicrobial acrylic flooring adhesive resists up to 5-½ pounds of moisture emission without the need for a pH blocker/primer, while preventing mildew and bacteria growth. Backed by a unique five-year warranty on labor and materials, SI-UltraTac's one-step process reduces adhesive application costs and is less expensive than other water vapor control alternatives.

SI-UltraTac is a one-part, easy-to-use adhesive that can be used with vinyl sheet/tile and carpet. Its special antimicrobial formulation prevents common bacteria, fungi, mold and mildew microorganisms from growing under flooring, especially under carpet. SI-UltraTac has been used successfully on large installations of carpet with moisture-guard backing that require a maximum moisture emission of 5 pounds. A pH blocker/primer is needed with UltraTac for moisture emissions of between 5-½ and 8 pounds.
